Build me a Windows native desktop terminal for people who run Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor on remote Linux servers over SSH. I want it to feel polished on Windows, with multiple workspaces, pane splits, good terminal rendering, themes, font controls, and proper right to left support for Hebrew and Arabic. It should let me import hosts from my SSH config, test connections, handle keys, passphrases, password fallback, host verification, and keep sessions alive with tmux.

Please include a smart connect flow that can launch Claude normally or resume past sessions, and when the agent wants permission to do something, show a blocking Allow or Deny card in the app. I also want a bundled MCP server so agents can inspect panes, split them, switch workspaces, send keystrokes, and ping me.

Add a simple server setup wizard, a floating local and remote file manager, a browser window for forwarded remote ports, settings, notes, localization, and good persistence for window positions and workspace state. Look up current docs online if you need to.
