Build me a cross platform desktop app for managing Codex settings in one place.

I want a clean app where I can browse prompt templates, add my own markdown prompts, organize them into categories, and turn them on or off with a simple switch. It should support both keeping my existing prompt and replacing it, and it should back up anything important before writing changes.

Also add a place to manage API providers so I can save, test, edit, remove, and switch between the official OpenAI setup and third party providers. I need session management too, so I can search, group by project path, sync, inspect, and delete old Codex conversations.

Please include a simple visual manager for Skills and MCP, plus a view for current config files like config.toml and auth.json. If possible, make the UI feel polished with a theme or skin section and support Windows, macOS, and Linux. If you need current docs for Codex or Tauri details, look them up online.
