Build me a small macOS plain text notes app called Jot.

I want it to feel like TextEdit stripped down, with no formatting toolbar and no save dialog. Notes should stay unsaved until I press Command S, then save straight into a local notes folder in my home directory, creating it if needed. The first line of the note should become the filename, and blank notes can use a timestamp name. I also want a drawer that shows all notes in that folder, newest first, so I can click one to open it.

Please include Markdown as an optional per note mode, with a preview toggle, and simple shortcuts for new note, open note, find, preview, markdown on or off, show notes folder, and shortcuts help. It should also let me share or copy a note, and delete notes by sending them to the Trash from the drawer. Keep it native and minimal, and look up current Apple docs online if you need to.
