Build me a self hosted AI workspace called Synapse where people can create workspaces, invite human members, and add shareable AI teammates into the same conversations. I want the main experience to feel like a team chat, but the AI teammates can remember useful context, join shared threads, and work with tools only when the workspace has granted permission.

Please include a clean web app with workspaces, conversations, participants, actors, memory, plugins, MCP tool access, local relay devices, and basic audit or permission controls. I also want support for remote agents joining a conversation through a bridge, so an outside coding agent or local runtime can collaborate without becoming a native built in teammate.

Add event based automation too, like schedules or webhooks that can wake a conversation and bring in the right actor. Keep it early but usable, with sensible seed data and a local setup path so I can run and demo it. Look up current docs online if you need to.
