Build me a full lost and found website where people can report items they lost, post things they found, and help match them back together.

I want users to be able to sign up, log in, reset passwords, create listings with photos, view and edit their own posts, save items, send claims, message each other in real time, and get notifications when something changes. The app should compare listings and suggest likely matches automatically, show related and recently viewed items, and warn users if they are about to post something that already looks duplicated.
