zain358/Z-Portfolio-assets ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a personal portfolio site that feels modern and polished, with a clean homepage, smooth scrolling, and a nice animated background effect. I want a section for testimonials or what people have said about me, plus a simple way to show links to my work and socials.

Use the assets and content already in the project if they’re there, and make the design responsive so it looks good on desktop and mobile. Keep it lightweight and visually interesting, with subtle motion and a stylish layout rather than something plain. If anything is unclear from the existing files, figure out the best version from what’s already in the repo and look up current docs online if you need to.

Please make it feel like a real portfolio someone could actually use, not just a demo page.
