Build me a browser extension for Redux that lets me inspect and debug app state changes in a really easy way.

I want it to work in Chrome and Firefox, and I’d like a simple npm package too so I can plug it into a Redux app without a lot of setup. The extension should let me see actions, current state, and the history of changes, and it should be easy to connect to a store with a small amount of code.

Please include a clean dev build flow, a production build, and a way to run it locally while developing. If there are options for naming the store, filtering actions, or customising how state is shown, add those too.
