Build me a developer framework for confidential smart contracts on EVM compatible blockchains using fully homomorphic encryption. I want developers to be able to write normal Solidity contracts, choose which values stay private, use encrypted integers and common operations, and keep transaction data and contract state encrypted while the app still works on chain.
Please include the main pieces needed to make this feel usable, smart contracts for the host chain and gateway, a Rust coprocessor for the encrypted work, a connector for key management, a relayer or listener service, an SDK for app developers, and an end to end test setup that can run locally. Add clear docs and a few example use cases like private token transfers, blind auctions, confidential voting, and hidden move games.
The goal is a clean open source prototype that shows how encrypted state can live beside public state without breaking existing apps. Look up the current Zama FHEVM docs online if you need to match the expected developer experience.
