Build me a custom Vencord plugin for Discord that lets me keep tabs on specific users I choose. I want to be able to add people to a watched list and get notifications when they do things in servers or channels I can already access. The main actions I care about are sending messages, editing messages, deleting messages if that is possible through the message logger plugin, starting to type, creating threads, changing their bio or profile picture or global name, updating their presence like status or rich presence, joining a server we share, and joining a voice channel I can see.

It does not need to be perfect, but it should be usable and feel polished enough to install and try right away. Please make the plugin settings simple so I can manage who I am watching and which event types notify me. If delete tracking depends on vc message logger enhanced, wire that in as an optional requirement. Look up current Vencord plugin docs online if you need to.
