Build me a warm, mother like chatbot for the MAA Digital Companion Platform that can answer questions about MAA services from a small knowledge base, and also chat naturally when people say things like they are worried, happy, or just want to talk.

It should work in the browser with a simple chat interface, and also expose a basic API. The bot should use the knowledge base first for service questions, then use Groq for smoother replies when useful, but it should never make up facts if it does not know something. I want it to handle follow up questions like fees or reminders based on the last topic, and support Roman Urdu and Hinglish too. If a question is outside the MAA scope, it should give a polite fallback response instead of guessing.

Please include the main MAA topics already mentioned in the project, like food, medicine, travel, emergency help, account and registration, navigation, customer support, and platform overview. Keep it lightweight, easy to run locally, and add basic usage tracking if that fits.
