Build me a full video browsing and streaming app like the one in this repo, with a clean dark theme and a fast mobile friendly interface. It should let people browse trending videos, search by keyword, open a video page with details and related videos, and play streams smoothly with HLS and fallback direct video playback when available.

I want a backend that can fetch data from mirror sources, rotate through multiple proxies if one fails, cache results so it feels fast, and expose simple endpoints for trending, search, categories, video details, stream proxying, health checks, and IP diagnostics. The frontend should use React and work nicely as a polished responsive site with a video player, category pages, and a simple layout that feels quick and modern.
