ziadoz/awesome-php ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a clean, easy to browse PHP resources site or README that feels like an awesome list for the PHP community.

I want it to organize useful libraries, tools, frameworks, learning resources, and other PHP related links into clear sections, so someone new to PHP can quickly find what they need. Make the page simple, readable, and well structured, with a table of contents at the top and short descriptions for each item.

Also include a short contributing section so people know how to suggest new resources and keep the list up to date. Keep the style friendly and practical, and make sure the content is easy to scan on GitHub or in a browser. If you need to check current project or library names, look them up online first.
