zilliztech/claude-context ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a tool that lets an AI coding assistant like Claude Code or Cursor understand my entire codebase. The main problem I want to solve is the limited context window. Instead of me manually pasting files, this tool should use semantic search to find the most relevant code snippets from anywhere in the project based on my request. Then, it should automatically feed just those relevant parts into the AI's context.

This will make the AI's responses much more accurate and should also be way more cost-effective than trying to stuff whole directories into the prompt.

It should be a command-line tool built with Node.js and TypeScript that can plug into different AI coding assistants. The user will need to configure it with an OpenAI API key for creating the embeddings and an API key for a vector database, like Zilliz Cloud, to store and search them.
