Build me a polished AI coding cockpit for OpenCode. I want a desktop app and a local browser server that make long AI coding sessions easier to manage, instead of living only in the terminal.

The app should let me run and switch between multiple OpenCode sessions, see rich chat messages, manage past sessions, browse project files, open a command palette, and get useful notifications. Add support for voice input and speech so I can talk to it when I want. It should also handle git worktrees, remote access, login or auth for safety, themes, and basic language switching.

I also want a feature called SideCars where I can add local web tools as tabs, like a browser based VS Code or terminal running on localhost, with options for port, base path, and whether to keep or strip the path prefix.
