Build me a small Python command line tool that takes one or more Python files and turns them into a harder to read obfuscated version that still runs. I want it to support a simple command like choosing an output name, and it should save the result as something like name_obfuscated.py.

It should also have an encrypt mode that makes the file unusable until it is decrypted again with a key. When encryption is used, print out the key so I can save it and use it later to decrypt the file. Please include a matching decrypt option that takes that key and restores the file.

Make it feel like a real utility with help text, version output, and quiet or verbose output if useful. If there are any current Python library or CLI patterns I should follow, look them up online and use them. Keep it simple, reliable, and runnable from the command line.
