Build me a browser app for making mesh gradients, where I can shape a smooth color surface by dragging points around on a grid and pulling little curve handles to change how the color flows. I want it to feel like I am sculpting a living gradient, with live preview, smooth animation, and a few preset looks I can start from.

Please include tools to add or remove grid lines, switch between a rectangular and circular layout, pick colors for each node, undo and redo changes, and play or pause the motion.
