Build me a full stack app for a university thesis and research collaboration hub where students can find faculty supervisors, submit thesis proposals, and manage the whole process in one place.

I want separate student and supervisor accounts with secure login, profile pages, and the ability to change password or delete the account. Students should be able to go through a guided submission flow, search and filter supervisors by department and research interests, send supervision requests, upload thesis documents, and track project milestones. Supervisors should be able to review requests, approve or reject them, set milestones, and keep notes on meetings and progress. Please include meeting scheduling, meeting history, and notifications when request statuses change.

Make it look modern and responsive, with a clean dashboard and dark mode that remembers the user’s preference. Use the current docs online if you need to, and build it with a React frontend and Node, Express, MongoDB backend.
