Build me a clean chat app where I can sign in, start a conversation with an AI, and see the replies stream in like a real chat. I want the assistant to remember the conversation history for each user, keep things simple and polished, and work well on desktop and mobile. Use Google Gemini for the model, and make it easy to swap to another provider later if needed. Include basic login, saving chats between visits, and simple rate limiting so it does not get abused.

Use a modern, friendly interface with a few helpful starter states, a nice empty screen before the first message, and smooth loading while the AI is thinking.
