Build me an app that can translate manga panels and other images with text in them. I want to upload one image or a whole folder, choose the source and target languages, then get back a new image where the original text has been cleaned out and the translated text is placed back into the speech bubbles or signs.

It should work best for Japanese manga, but also handle Chinese and English when possible. Please include a simple local web page for normal users, plus a way to run batch jobs from the command line. Show progress, save the finished images, and keep useful logs if something fails.

I’d like the translation settings to be easy to change, including glossary or word replacement support for names and common terms. Make the install and run steps clear for Windows and Docker users. Look up current docs online if you need to.
