zyronon/douyin ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a mobile first short video app that feels like Douyin or TikTok, with smooth full screen vertical swiping, auto playing videos, like, comment, share, follow style interactions, and a clean modern UI that feels close to a native app.

Use Vue 3 with a simple state store, and keep the data local with mocked API responses so it runs without a real backend. I want it to be easy to open in the browser, especially in phone mode, and to have that polished, fast scrolling experience people expect from a short video feed. If you need to look up current docs online to make it work well with the latest Vue setup, go ahead.

Please set it up so I can run it locally right away, and make the structure easy to extend later with more screens and features.
